Incorrect, fault or defect Goods :-
If you think there is an incorrect, fault or defect with an item that you received, please contact us after you received goods within 24 hours by email, our customer service team will be able to advise if there is a manufacturers fault, and what we can do to assist you in this case. Incorrect, fault or Defective goods may be returned and will be replaced or refunded at no charge if returned in their original condition within 14 days (in the original packaging and original receipt). Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs for incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be refunded to you along with the total cost of the original order.
Returns Instructions :-
First please email us to let us know what is problem and issue with the goods. Then, we will give you appropriate guide line for return shipping. We may expect a returned parcel from you and your reasons for returning the goods. The buyer must not return the goods to Dev Kitchenware unless permitted by Dev Kitchenware. For picked order are not eligible for any shipping facility.
Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit :-
All orders are packed with love and tender care by Dev Kitchenware. We do our very best to make sure that parcels are packed as best they can to ensure they arrive in great condition. Dev Kitchenware offers all customers the opportunity to insure the parcel when selecting your shipping option at the checkout. When a customer has insured a parcel Dev Kitchenware, if there is any loss or damage in transit, a claim can be made promptly for replacement or reimbursement.
Customers who choose not to take postal insurance on their order accept that Kitchenware Superstore is not responsible for the loss of the parcel and that the loss cannot be claimed for replacement or reimbursement.
Changing a Processed Order :-
In order to ensure orders are despatched as soon as possible to customers, all processed orders cannot be changed, amended or cancelled after 60 minutes from the time order is placed. Please check your order confirmation email carefully that will be sent to your nominated email address in checkout to ensure all information is correct. Should you need to make any changes to your order, Dev Kitchenware needs to be notified within 60 minutes of the order being placed by emailing. Please note after the 60 minute time frame, no changes or cancellations are permitted.
Checkout :-
By pressing “Place Order Now” button at checkout, the customer is committed to purchasing their selected item/s and agrees to transfer funds to sum of the “Grand Total” as indicated at checkout. In the event of a chargeback of an order amount made by customer’s credit card issuer, the customer agrees to repay the full amount of their purchase (including freight) in addition to the full amount of the chargeback fee that was imposed.
Have a Warranty Claim? :-
As far as warranty claims go, we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly. We have a great relationship with all of our suppliers, and will work directly with them to ensure any warranty issues are rectified in a timely manner. Ultimately, every purchase needs to end on a note that satisfies you and we will take every step to ensure that. Manufacturing will usually assess the nature of the fault and then determine the appropriate action based on the warranty. All cookware product and electrical equipment or appliance are designed and used personal purposes and domestic use only. Customer need to send back the product to us at their own cost. We will cover the postage cost when we send back the replacement/repaired product.
Please contact us for Return Authorization Number form once you need to fill out the form send to us. Once we will receive the form than we will send you shipping address.
Note: – The product comes with Indian three pin plug socket so you need converter for operate the product. If you are not using right converter due to that anything happen to three pin plug it is not cover in warranty.

- Using beyond the capacity it is not part of the warranty

- Any body part Broke not include in warranty
- Come off electric wire from product
- Warranty doesn’t cover physical and water damage
Warranty for Pressure cooker :-

- Only Body warranty

- Safety valve
- Any type handle and their part
