If you miss additional $ 9.99
If you miss additional $ 9.99 than one of our team member inform you via email, telephone SMS or any other communication method. Once one of our team member inform to customer our shipping team wait for 48 hours to receive the payment. Within 48 hours payment is not cleared than our admin team cancel the order and customer get full refund.
Dispatched Policy
Once the payment gets cleared, items are normally dispatched within 48 hours business days; however, please allow around 2 to 5 business days for the items to arrive.
All deliveries are made to buyer’s address provided when purchasing from the listing.
Please ensure your information is correct and provide a contact telephone number before making your purchase, as we do not refund for shipment made on any incorrect information.
In the case of undelivered items, Buyers will also be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as result of unsuccessful delivery.
All deliveries are made during normal business hours. Courier company provides only one driver on truck, Please make sure you have someone that’s capable of helping the driver to unload item of the truck, Couriers only deliver to ground level. The courier guy will not be responsible for any assembling work.
We ship with a variety of couriers depending on your location and selected shipping service. Tracking for your order will be emailed to you as soon as your shipment is on its way.
Please note Fastway couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please note that from time to time shipping delays can occur due to public holidays, peak shipping seasons or unforseen reasons. We will be sent your tracking number and a link to track your shipment once it has been sent.
We use Fastway couriers wherever we can and Australia Post for more remote areas. Some time remote area doesn’t cover in flat shipping area so we can request for extra shipping charge otherwise we can cancel the order.
We mostly use Fastway Courier Company and where Fastway is not able to reachable than we will use AUS post. You are happy their term and condition than purchase the product. If you have any issue with shipping just contact us before purchase.
After generated tracking number, you want to cancel the order, product come back to us due to wrong address or not pick up the product or change address we will charge minimum $ 30 as an admin charge.
The postage covers the handling and packing cost. Insurance is available upon request with additional cost.
Extra care has been taken on package for all of our delicate items. But we are NOT responsible for the damages during the transportation.
Commercial shipping address: – If you want to ship you order on commercial address so please mention company name, your name, you are responsible that delivery person easily reach your address without any issue. Once we send the parcel than you have to keep an eye on tracking number and you are responsible if parcel will come back to us.
What if I’m not at home when they deliver my product?
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives and does not give specific delivery instructions. The delivery driver will leave a card indicating that they were unable to deliver your product, with details on how to go about receiving your missed case. A reminder card will be sent to you after five days. Cases not collected within 14 days of the initial attempted delivery will be returned to us and please contact us for further delivery with extra cost.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
Unfortunately we are not able to arrange for our carriers to call ahead on the day of delivery, nor are we able to arrange for a specified time of delivery. However, if you need the delivery of your order delayed until after a certain date we are able to organise this, simply Contact Us after you have placed your order.
